Individualized, evidence-based support for people with diverse cognitive and emotional needs — grounded in dignity, community, and connection.
Ideal Care Support Services (ICSS) delivers personalized, client-centered support for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), and acquired brain injuries. Our holistic approach addresses housing, healthcare, education, and employment — promoting dignity, independence, and meaningful community inclusion.
Each service is guided by an Individual Service Plan (ISP), developed with the individual and their support team to reflect their unique needs, goals, and preferences.
ICSS delivers services rooted in best practices, continuous monitoring, and a strong focus on safety — ensuring high-quality care tailored to each individual’s goals and well-being.
We believe every person has the right to be treated with dignity and respect, to lead their own recovery journey, and to live in a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment.
ICSS provides support in welcoming, respectful spaces where each person’s dignity, background, and personal values are honored. Services are delivered without judgment, rooted in equity and emotional safety.
Our person-centered environment fosters resilience, enhances self-esteem, and promotes autonomy — recognizing the importance of emotional safety in every service we provide.
